<p>Linda Lou Henley, age 80 of Lake City passed away Sunday, July 18, 2021 at the Haven Tri-Counties Hospice Care Center in Chiefland. Ms. Linda was born to the late Jesse and Katherine Hatcher in Sarasota on December 17, 1940. Linda was dedicated to her family and was a loving mother. She enjoyed baking for family and friends and loved knitting and crocheting in her free time. She also liked traveling to visit her sisters when she had the time.</p> <p>She was preceded in death by her parents; siblings: Hayes Hatcher, Betty Bozarth, and Rachel Niedzwiecki; daughter: Margaret Schreffler; and two grandchildren: Elizabeth and Johnny Young.</p> <p>She is survived by her children: James Watkins of Jacksonville, Jefferson Watkins of Lake City, Timothy (Lisa) Watkins of Hilliard, Jesse (Leeane) Watkins of Glen St. Mary, and Rachel (Richard Jr.) Harvey of Sanderson; ten grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; twin-brother: Lyndell (Sandra) Hatcher of Murfreesboro, Tennessee; sister: Margaret Shontz of Titusville, Pennsylvania; as well as numerous nieces, nephews, and other extended family members.</p> <p>Funeral services will be held Friday, July 23, 2021 at 3:00 PM in the chapel of Forbes Funeral Home. The family will receive friends an hour prior to the service in the chapel.</p> <p>In lieu of flowers, the family wishes donations be made to Moose Charities, 155 S. International Drive, Mooseheart, IL, 60539; Memo: Rachel Harvey in Memory of Linda Henley.</p> <p>Hawke M.T.
