Tyrone A. Spino also known as ‘Jack’ a resident of Klamath, CA passed away on Monday, July 19 , 2021 at his home surrounded by family. He was born on November 12, 1975 to the late Nadine Miller Ike and Lawrence ’Azar’ Spino. He was an enrolled member of the Yakama Nation. He has lived on Yakama, Warm Springs and Umatilla Indian Reservations. He attended Hawthorne Elementary and Pilot Rock Jr. High. He graduated High School from Madras High School. He was part of the 1995-1997 Salmon Corp on the Umatilla Indian Reservation. He then Married his High School Sweetheart Brandi Curtis who shared 18 years together before divorcing. He worked for Wildhorse Resort & Casino for many years before moving to California. He then married Pookayamch Peters, which brought him to California. He was a member of the ‘Spino Elk Camp’ for many years with his ‘Band of Brothers.’ He enjoyed hanging out with his brothers and bros from all neighboring reservations. He is proceeded in death by his grandparents Lewis and Lillian Spino and Tony and Hazel Miller; his mother Nadine Miller Ike; his brother Earl ‘Man’ Spino; his wife Pookayamch Spino. He is survived by his father Azar (Angie) Spino of Warm Springs, OR; his brothers Michael (Jennifer) Spino of Tacoma, WA; Donnie, Percy (Zelda) and Vernon Winishut all of the Yakama Reservation; Lawrence Spino of Warm Springs; Bryson (Teneasha) Spino of Madras, OR. He is also survived by one sister Camille (Ish) Williams of Mission, OR. He is also survived by his daughters Candace and Ada May Guerrero of Klamath, CA. He is also survived by Brandi Spino of Redmond, OR. Tyrone was a proud uncle to numerous nieces and nephews on the Yakama, Umatilla, Warm Springs Reservations. He is also survived by numerous cousins, aunts and uncles throughout the Northwest. A Dressing Ceremony will be conducted on Wednesday July 21, 2021, followed by a Washat Service at 7:00pm. Sunrise Washat Services will begin at 7:00am followed by burial at the Old Agency Cemetery, Spino Edition. Burns Mortuary of Pendleton OR is in charge of arrangements.
