Nancy P. Shea Sikand, 86 of Willimantic passed away Monday July 19, 2021 at Windham Hospital. Born on October 26, 1934 in Chaplin, CT she was the daughter of the late Maurice and Josephine (Shea) Segar. She worked at the Mansfield Training School and at Vallew View Convalescent home for 28 years. She also enjoyed painting and listening to music. She leaves her daughter. Valerie Connell and husband, Peter; and 2 grandsons, Peter Connell and Kristopher Connell all of Hampton. A Mass will be celebrated on Tuesday Aug 3, at 11AM at St. Joseph Church 99 Jackson St, Willimantic. Burial willl be private.
