Chiquita Maria Whitaker Dillon, age 75, of Prestonsburg, KY, wife of Donald Lee Dillon, passed away Monday, July 19, 2021 at her residence. She was born October 12, 1945 in Douglas, WV, a daughter of the late Wiley and Pauline Burke Whitaker. She was a homemaker and member of the Bonanza Freewill Baptist Church.

In addition to her husband Donald, she is survived by one son: Richard Dillon, Frankfort, KY, one daughter; Jamie (Darren) Lawson, Prestonsburg, KY, four sisters; Karin Smith, Prestonsburg, KY, Belva Call, Naples, FL, Pamela Banks, London, KY and Denise Antonopoulos, Amhearst, OH, seven grandchildren; Madison Lawson, Eric, Maia, Ian, Jacob, Phillip and Lilly Dillon and one great grandchild, Fraya Dillon.

She was preceded in death by her parents and two brothers: Mickey and Jack Whitaker, three sisters; Lois Slone, Deonna Lawson and Billy "Boots" Finley.

Funeral service for Mrs Chiquita Dillon will be conducted on Wednesday, July 21, 2021 at 12 noon in the Hall Funeral Home Chapel, with Jimmy Brown officiating. Burial will follow in the Gethsemane Gardens, Prestonsburg, KY. Visitation will be after 6 PM Tuesday at Hall Funeral Home, Martin, KY.
