Ruth M. Hoerster

Age 95, of Elliott, on Sunday, July 18, 2021. Beloved sister of Frederick A. (Lois) Hoerster and the late Julius F. (Georgiana—still surviving), Jr., Mary Ann (Stanley) Uminski and Leo J. (Rita—still surviving) Hoerster. Daughter of the late Julius and Maria (Mansmann) Hoerster. Loving aunt to numerous nieces and nephews. Ruth will be sadly missed by many cousins, especially her cousin Helen (Frank) Demma. Ruth’s family would like to extend their thanks and appreciation to friends and neighbors of Ruth for their help looking after her over the years. Friends received on Wednesday from 6-8 p.m. and on Thursday 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. at ANTHONY G. STAAB FUNERAL HOME, INC., 900 Chartiers Ave., Pgh., PA 15220. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Friday at 11 a.m. in Ascension Church of St. Philip Parish, 114 Berry St., Pgh, PA 15205. Burial to follow in St. Martin Cemetery.
