Celestine Burton Pratcher, 77, passed away on July 19th, 2021. She was a loving wife, sister, aunt to many nieces, nephews and a loyal friend. Her love and generosity was apparent.
She was born in Watt-town, Jamaica on July 21, 1944 to Henry and Estrina Downer. She is survived by her husband Enis Pratcher, brothers Aquila Downer, Wellington Downer, Wilberforce Downer, Discombre Downer and sister Keziah Hylton. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends who were very special and loved by Celestine.
