Mr. Armond Eugene Milner, 85, of Leesburg, peacefully passed away early Monday morning July 19, 2021, at his home. Graveside funeral services will be conducted at 3:00 p.m., Friday, July 23, 2021, at Floral Memory Gardens. His grandson, Joshua Roth will officiate and the family will visit with friends following the funeral at the graveside. Born March 3, 1936, in Ocilla, GA, Mr. Milner served our country in The United States Army and retired as a captain with the Albany Fire Department with 35 years of service. He enjoyed gardening and will be remembered as a loving husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather, brother and friend. He was one of Jehovah’s Witnesses. Survivors include his wife, Alice Milner of Leesburg; children, Kay Milner of Albany, and Kathy Pope and Russ of Live Oak, FL; step-children, Wanda Roth of Atlanta, and David Swain and Charlotte of Leesburg; 3 brothers and 3 sisters; grandson Doug Pope of Live Oak FL; 5 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren.
