John Lewis Abner, 66, passed away Saturday, July 17, 2021, at his home. He was born in Clark County on September 3, 1954, to the late Lewis and Amelia Katherine Maines Abner. He was a member of First Baptist Church.   He is survived by one sister, Wanda (David) Stanfield; one brother, Randy (Patricia) Abner; and several nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts, and uncles.  He was preceded in death by his parents, and two sisters, Brenda Johnson, and Linda Johnson.   A private memorial service will be held at a later date.
