Scotty Wayne Castle, 44, of Winchester, KY passed away peacefully at his home on July 15, 2021 due to heart complications. He was born on October 17, 1976 in Lexington, KY to Curtis Castle and the late Tammy Castle. Scotty is preceded in death by his brother, Curtis Castle Jr.; his sister, Bobbi Jo Gilbert; and a very loving mother, Tammy Castle. He is survived by his wife, Melinda (Mindy)Castle; his daughter, Ashleigh Castle; his father, Curtis Castle; his nieces, Samantha Gilbert and Katrina Gilbert; his great nephew, Trenton Castle; and his great nieces, Delilah Whitehead and Daisy Whitehead; and many other loving friends and family. Scotty Castle was employed with Pro Drywall. He previously worked at Dominos and Papa Johns of Winchester. He enjoyed his animals, outdoors, fishing and being with his friends and family. In the words of his daughter, "He lived life as care free as possible," with the one thing he loved, his dog, Lucy, by his side. In lieu of flowers we are suggesting donations go to the Clark County Humane Society in honor of his name and love of animals. Care Cremation and Funeral Service is honored to be entrusted with final care.
