WILLIAM EDWARD STEVENSON, JR. William Edward Stevenson, Jr., 71, of Hopkinsville, Kentucky died at 4:12 a.m., Friday, July 16, 2021 at Jennie Stuart Medical Center in Hopkinsville, Kentucky Visitation will be from 4:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday, July 20, 2021 at Hughart, Beard & Giles Funeral Home. Burial will be private. Hughart, Beard & Giles Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. A native of Hopkinsville, Kentucky he was born on July 18, 1949 the son of the late William Edward Stevenson, Sr. and Annie Mae Griffith Stevenson. He was a Sales Representative with Buy-Rite Parts & Supplies and was a member of First Baptist Church in Hopkinsville. Survivors include his wife: Wanda Sue Wood Stevenson of Hopkinsville, KY; his sons, Ronald R. (Jill) Colley of Hopkinsville, KY and Kerry E. Colley of Manhattan, N.Y.; his brother, James “Tommy” Stevenson of Hopkinsville, KY; his sister, Barbara Stewart of Lexington, KY and two grandchildren, Clay and Lilly Colley and several nieces and nephews.
