Lee F. Corya, 77, passed away early Tuesday morning, July 13, 2021 at her residence following an extended illness.  She was born on July 11, 1944 in Port Chester, New York the daughter of Bill and Helen (Cutts) Rule.

Lee graduated from Muncie Central High School in 1962 and later married the love of her life, Richard Corya, on June 11, 1969 in Muncie and he survives.  Mrs. Corya became a school bus driver for M&M School Bus Co. for many years and eventually drove a school bus for the Yorktown Community School Corporation.  She enjoyed bowling and had been on several leagues through out the years at the Munsee Lanes.  Mrs. Corya also enjoyed watching the Hallmark Channel.   Lee mostly, treasured the times she could spend with her family, especially, the grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Besides her husband of fifty-two years, Richard, she is survived by a daughter, Mindy Huffman (Eric), Parker City; son, Mark Corya, Van Wert, Ohio; three grandchildren, Evan Huffman (Megan), Alexandria, Kentucky, Cory Huffman (Kassandra), Nashville, Tennessee and Cooper Huffman, Parker City; four great grandchildren; one brother, Frank Rule (Vicky), Muncie; two special couples who are very close friends, Sonda and Joe Taylor, Daleville and Sherry Silvers, Selma; several nieces and nephews.

She is preceded in death by her parents.

Cremation is being done with a private family memorial gathering at a later date.  Parson Mortuary Cremation Center is entrusted with these arrangements.
