Rosemary Orozco Obituary

Rosemary “Rosie” Orozco, 50, of Roanoke, formerly of Tujunga, California, went to be with the Lord on Thursday, July 8, 2021. Born on August 20, 1970, to Linda Robinson Flowers and the late Manuel Orozco, she was preceded in death by her husband, Patrick Dugger; grandmother, Rose Davis Robinson; brother, Jamie Bell; and sister/best friend, Bobbie Bell. Rosie had a boisterously outgoing personality that naturally drew others to her – she was the life of the party! She loved spending time with family and friends, especially days spent on the lake, camping trips, and family barbecues. She especially looked forward to movie dates with her sons. Football season would find her loudly cheering on her favorite team, the Las Vegas Raiders, and for any team playing the San Francisco 49ers. Rosie was a hard-worker and quick to lend a helping hand to anyone who had a need – her warmth and kindness Above all, she was a loving mother who adored her sons and cherished time they spent together. Surviving are her sons, Thomas “Tommy” Orozco and Austin Orozco, of Roanoke; mother and step-father, Linda and Jerry Flowers, of Roanoke; “adopted” parents, Bob and Debbie Bell, of Cave Junction, Ore. ; sisters, Susie, Brandy, Balinda, Bernadette, Katie, and Lucy; brothers, Manuel, Robert, Michael, and Anthony; aunts, Patricia and Deborah; uncle, Jerry; special cousins, Amanda, Patricia, Teresa, Kristal, Savannah, Briannah, Madi, Skyler, Hailey, Raymond, Jerry, Douglas, Jaron, John, and Jason; as well as, numerous cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends. A service to celebrate Rosie’s life is planned for a later date.
