Jonathon Julius, age 68, of Oak Ridge, passed away peacefully July 10, 2021 at UT Medical Center. He was born November 20, 1952 in Philadelphia, PA. Jonathon worked at the D.O.E. for many years. He was a lover of trains, sci-fi, national parks, and an avid model train builder. Jonathon was preceded in death by mother &amp; step-father, Bess &amp; Manfred Julius, father, Frank Katz, and father-in-law, Paul Daigrepont. Survivors include wife of almost 42 years, Donna Julius, son, Scott A. Julius, daughter, Amanda Liter and husband Adam, brother, Carl Julius, mother-in-law, Mary Daigrepont, brother-in-law, David Daigrepont, and sister-in-law, Terri Daigrepont. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Shenandoah National Park Association at snpbooks.org/product-category/donate/ or to the National Parks Conservation Association at <a href="http://www.npca.org">www.npca.org</a>.
