Daniel L. McCarthy<br> <br>Beloved brother and uncle passed away Thursday, July 8, 2021 at Ascension St. Mary’s Hospital. Age 61 years. The son of the late James and Jean (Carnahan) McCarthy, Dan was born January 28, 1960 in Detroit, Michigan. He was employed as a mechanic at Indian Trails Bus Company for many years. Dan enjoyed being with family and friends.<br> <br>Surviving are four brothers, Dan’s twin brother, David McCarthy, Jacksonville, Oregon; Jeffrey McCarthy, Roswell, Georgia; Kevin and Cheryl McCarthy, Cumming, Georgia; Timothy McCarthy, Roswell, Georgia; several dear friends including his longtime companion, Patricia Brandt.
