Darrell Dean Macke, 88, of Kansas City, KS passed peacefully on Thursday, July 8 in Fayetteville, AR.<br>He is survived by a brother, Joseph Macke Jr. of Visalia, CA; two sisters, Joyce Swenson of Lewisburg, KS and Carol Billings of Ottawa, KS; four daughters, Loraina Hill, Lora Wallace, Dana Rogers of Kansas City, KS, Darla <br> (Jolie) Delatorre of Fayetteville, AR; two sons, Darrell Dean Macke, Jr. of Kansas City, KS and Daron Deane Macke of Rogers, AR.; 19 grandchildren and 29 great grandchildren. Dean was preceded in death by daughters, Deborah Gorham and Leah Davidson, both of Kansas City, KS.<br><br>Dean served in the U.S. Marine Corps and was a veteran of the Korean War. He held a commercial pilot’s license and was a member of Operating Engineers Local Union 101.<br><br>There will be a private spreading of ashes by the family. <br>Memorial donations may be made to Air Charity Network.
