Obituary Debra Dee Cole, 82 of Findlay went home to her Lord and husband of 60 years surrounded by family on July 8, 2021. She was born on October 19, 1938 to the late Chalmers and Carol (Hosafros) King. She married the love of her life John W. Cole on February 14, 1957 in Rushville, Indiana. John passed away on January 18, 2018.Deb is survived by her children; Terri (Dave) George of Arcadia; Lisa (Dave) Wurster of Grayling, MI; Deidra (John) Rapp of Mt. Cory, and Eugene 'Beaner' (Megan Smith) Cole of Findlay; Grandchildren: Lindsey Boes, Derek George, Tasha Cramer, Derol George, Laura Pierce, Patricia Hotaling, Renee Meehan, Brittney Rettig, Erich Rapp, John Cole, and Dustin Cole; and 21great grandchildren. Deb is preceded in death by granddaughter, Alicia Meehan and her sister and brother-in-law Sharon and Jack CroyOver the years Deb was a homemaker, owned her own hair salon, and worked as a bookkeeper for Scott's 5&10 and the YMCA. With her love of children, she worked as an aide for Liberty Benton High School. Her passion for sewing led her to open her sewingridal shop Fantasy Wedding Creations.Deb was a loving and devoted wife, mother, and grandmother. She was a Mom to all kids who walked through the backdoor. She always tucked them under her wing. Deb was a member of the Powell United Methodist Church and attended Findlay Evangelical Free Church.Visitation will be held at 2:00 pm - 4:00 pm & 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm Sunday July 11, 2021 at COLDREN CRATES FUNERAL HOME. Visitation will also be held one hour prior to the service at Arcadia United Methodist Church from 10:00 am - 11:00 am Monday July 12, 2021. Funeral Services will be held on Monday at 11:00 am at the Arcadia United Methodist Church with Aaron Moyer officiating. Burial to follow at Elm Grove Cemetery. Memorials may be made to Bridge Hospice or Findlay City Mission.
