James Clinton Cleary

Mr. James Clinton Cleary, age 73 of Hays passed away Thursday, December 10, 2015 at Westwood Hill Nursing Home. Funeral services will be held 11:00 AM, Monday, December 14, 2015 at Walnut Grove Baptist Church (Cabin Creek Road) with the Rev. Ted Combs and Rev. Billy Shepherd officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery. The family will receive from 10:00 until 11:00 AM prior to the service at the church. Mr. Cleary was born in November 27, 1942 in Wilkes County to Earl Clinton and Mary Renee Combs Cleary. He was preceded in death by his parents, his wife; Hazel Marie Blevins Cleary, one sister; Rosalee Winters, one brother; Donnie Cleary. He is survived by three sons; James Cleary of North Wilkesboro, Danny Cleary of Hays and Randy Cleary of Moravian Falls, two sisters; Merrill Cleary Blevins of Hays, Annie Mae Cleary of South Carolina, six brothers; Walter Cleary of Hays, Johnny Cleary of North Wilkesboro, Earl Cleary of Millers Creek, Junior Cleary of Hays, James Challie Cleary of North Wilkesboro and Dennis Cleary of North Wilkesboro.
