<p><span style="font-size:16px;"><span style="font-family:georgia,serif;">Bette Jane (BJ) Clark Urban of Hernando, Florida, devoted wife of Lieutenant Colonel (Ret) Richard Urban, US Army, was called to Heaven on 28 June 2021. &nbsp;She was the daughter of Gordon and Constance Lapworth Clark of Hopedale, MA. </span></span></p> <p><span style="font-size:16px;"><span style="font-family:georgia,serif;">BJ is survived by her husband of fifty-two years and three children; Richard Urban Jr. of Ashburn, Virginia, Emily Reed of Hereford, Pennsylvania, and Elizabeth Urban of Manassas, Virginia; four grandchildren, Sofia and Ana Urban; Caroline and Andrew Reed. </span></span></p> <p><span style="font-size:16px;"><span style="font-family:georgia,serif;">BJ was a 1963 graduate of Hopedale High School and a 1966 graduate of Bay Path College. She was a devoted Army wife who worked in banking operations for twenty-five years before retiring in 2010. BJ was a friend to all and loved by many. She will be buried in Arlington National Cemetery at a later date. Donations in her name may be made to the Moffitt Cancer Center, Tampa, Florida.</span></span></p>

Bette Jane (BJ) Clark Urban of Hernando, Florida, devoted wife of Lieutenant Colonel (Ret) Richard Urban, US Army, was called to Heaven on 28 June 2021.  She was the daughter of Gordon and Constance Lapworth Clark of Hopedale, MA.

BJ is survived by her husband of fifty-two years and three children; Richard Urban Jr. of Ashburn, Virginia, Emily Reed of Hereford, Pennsylvania, and Elizabeth Urban of Manassas, Virginia; four grandchildren, Sofia and Ana Urban; Caroline and Andrew Reed.

BJ was a 1963 graduate of Hopedale High School and a 1966 graduate of Bay Path College. She was a devoted Army wife who worked in banking operations for twenty-five years before retiring in 2010.
