Jean Stamey-Whitmore died accidentally in Berkeley Heights, NJ on July 2, 2021. She was 73. Jean was born in Rahway, NJ on February 6, 1948 a daughter to the late Irene ( Kilar) and John Czurlanis, and resided in the Meyersville section of Long Hill Township. Jean worked as a Teacher for the Somerset County Board of Education. She was an Instructor at Lord Stirling Stables in Basking Ridge and a member of the FLSS Retirement Program for retired Horses. She is survived by her husband John Whitmore, and his brothers and sisters. Services are private and under the direction of the Valley Memorial Funeral Home 1012 Valley Rd., Gillette, NJ.
