Mary Jane Crilley, age 75, of Erie, was called Home to dance with her Father again on Tuesday, June 29th, 2021. Janie was born in Pittsburgh, Pa. She was EVERYONE’S Mom and had a fulfilling career spreading her love and care as a registered nurse for over 55 years, most of which she called Elmwood Gardens Nursing Home in Erie, Pa her home. Jane was an avid gardener & Pittsburgh Pirates fan. Anyone who knew her was familiar with her love of Angels and Animals, especially her dog Rufus. Janie was preceded in death and welcomed with open arms by her parents, Joseph & Edith Roberts and three siblings, Eugene, Jerome & Josette Roberts. She was a natural caretaker not only for her patients but for her family, cooking and baking up a storm for her husband Joseph Paul Crilley of 55 years on June 18th and their 6 children and spouses; Justin & Michele Crilley, Jay & Carrie Crilley, Jodie & David Abbott, Jason Crilley, Jayme & Jeff Rea and Josette & Harry Wolf. As the years progressed her happiness was found in her 23 grandchildren & 4 great grandchildren. She was also survived by 5 siblings & their spouses, Joseph & Karen Roberts, Justin & Debbie Roberts, Jay & Patty Roberts, Jeff & Fran Roberts and June & Tom Chiappone as well as many nephews and nieces. The Kloecker Funeral Home and Crematory, Inc. is handling the arrangements. A Funeral Mass will be held on Friday, July 2, 2021 at 10:30 am at Blessed Sacrament Church.
