MORELLI – William C. ”Bill”, 89, Jerome, passed away June 29, 2021 at his home. Born October 30, 1931 in Jerome. Son of Joseph A. and Inez (Bassetti) Morelli. Preceded in death by parents; sons William C., Jr. and Richard A. and brother Eugene E. Survived by wife of 70 years, Dorothy M. (Costlow) Morelli; children, Joseph G. married to Laura (Wilson), Golden, CO; Annette L. Tokarcik, Jerome and Lisa P. married to Roger Williams, Jerome; 6 grandchildren; 2 great grandchildren; sisters, Josephine Gusmerotti, Jerome; Anna Zambotti, Jerome; Clara Garanich, Sidman and Carol Bartoletti, Green Valley, AZ and numerous nieces, nephews and in-laws. Bill was a 1949 graduate of Conemaugh Township High School. A U.S. Army Veteran, having served in Korea. Former Bricklayer and Mason and retired Ironworker for Ironworkers, Local 3, Pittsburgh. He was an avid outdoorsman who loved hunting and fishing. He knew every inch of the local mountain ranges. He was a member of Jenner Rod & Gun Club and Jerome Sportsmen. Bill enjoyed picking mushrooms and was an avid gardener who was known to have the best garden in Jerome. He was also a very generous and giving person. Viewing from 2-4 & 6-8PM Friday at Hoffman Funeral Home & Cremation Services, 409 Main Street, Boswell followed by a private service at the funeral home.
