Frances E. Scheuerman Obituary

Frances E. Scheuerman, 88, formerly of Liberal passed away on Tuesday June 29, 2021 at the Harry Hines Hospice in Wichita, KS.  
 
She was born on January 19, 1933 to Arthur Keslar and Flossie (Cline) Keslar at North Platte, NE.

On October 14, 1953 she married Lindy Scheuerman at Tucumcari, NM; he preceded her in death in 2000.

Frances lived in many different locations throughout her childhood as her family moved to where her father's job was while building our nations roadway system. She met Lindy while her family were living in Ellinwood, KS. In 1965 she and her husband moved to Liberal where she lived until moving to live with her son Gene at Valley Center, KS in 2005. She was a member of a women's bowling league and the pancaker's camping club. She was also a Co Girl Scout Leader while her daughter was in scouts. She loved spending time with her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Frances is survived by her Two Sons, Gene Scheuerman of Wichita, KS and Dale Scheuerman of Liberal, KS,  One Daughter, Sharon Pool of Lewisville, TX; Five Grandchildren, 10 Great Grandchildren, her loving dog of almost 14 years Chloe.

She was also preceded in death by her parents, stepmother, Josephine Keslar, and Brother, Vernon Keslar.
 
Funeral services will be held on Friday, July 2, 2021, 10:30 am at the Miller Mortuary Chapel, with Pastor Terry Mayhew, officiating.
 
Burial will follow in the Restlawn Memorial Gardens Cemetery.
 
Memorials are suggested to the American Heart Association or the American Diabetes Association in care of Miller Mortuary PO Box 826 Liberal, KS 67905-0826.
