Carol Faye Lecocq 84 of Oakland City, IN entered rest on Tuesday June 29, 2021 at Amber Manor Care Center in Petersburg, IN She was born on April 4, 1937 in Elberfeld, IN to Charles and Audrey (Barton) Butcher. She was preceded in death by her parents, 11 brothers and sisters; daughter-in-law Tammy Lecocq in 2019. Carol was a homemaker. She is survived by husband of 68 years; Gerald Wayne Lecocq; sons Kenneth, Bradley Charles Lecocq; daughter Joan Beth Lecocq of Oakland City, IN. Sister Geneva Harris of Evansville, IN. Grandchildren Kendra (Adam) Parke, Dewayne (Randa) Lecocq of Oakland City, IN. Great Grandchildren Griffin, Garrett, Greenlee and Graham Parke, Hanna, Maks and Makynna Lecocq. Funeral services will be held at 1`:00 P.M. Friday July 2, 2021 at Lamb-Basham Memorial Chapel with burial in Somerville Cemetery. Rev. Matt Malin will be officiating.
