Phyllis J. (Greene) Coulter
Age 74, of Monroeville passed away Tuesday, June 29, 2021 at her residence. Beloved wife of Donald C. Coulter, Sr.; loving mother of Donald C. (Christina) Coulter, Jr. and Kelley (Eric) Pearson; grandmother of Benjamin and Katherine Coulter, Hailey and Morgan Pearson; sister of Janet Burik. Phyllis retired as a benefits administrator for the federal government and was also the treasurer of the St. Andrews Society of Pittsburgh.
