Virginia Rowland Obituary
Virginia Arrowood Rowland, age 94, of Marion, North Carolina, passed away peacefully on the evening of Monday, June 21, 2021 at Harris Regional Hospital in Sylva, North Carolina. The daughter of the of the late Xurian and Mattie Seagle Arrowood, Virginia was born in McDowell County, North Carolina on October 19, 1926.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Clarence Rowland.
A proud mother and grandmother, Virginia is survived by her two sons, Bobby Rowland and Terry Rowland; three wonderful grandchildren; and six precious great grandchildren.
A graveside service will be held on Friday, June 25, 2021 at 2:30 p.m. at Glenwood Cemetery.
