Kioshi S. Corbin

Kioshi S. Corbin, 27, of Greencastle, PA, passed away Saturday, June 19, 2021 in her home, surrounded by her family. Born August 9, 1993 in Fort Pierce, FL, daughter of Angela Corbin, Greencastle, PA. Kioshi lived in Baltimore, MD for about 10 years before moving to Greencastle in 2018. Kioshi graduated from Crisfield Academy and High School, with the Class of 2011. She went on to become a licensed CNA. She was about to begin nursing school when she had to leave due to health reasons. Kioshi enjoys music, especially R&B, Pop and Rap and prefers the older music of the 70’s, 80’s and 90’s. She expresses her creative side through writing poetry. She loves comedy and watches it on television but has also had the opportunity to see live comedians on occasion. She cares about her world and is working through the process of beginning a charity called, Communities United Foundation to have an entity that supports their communities in many different ways. In addition to her mother, she is survived by an Aunt Deborah Corbin of Crisfield, MD, Uncle Donald Corbin and his wife, Denise of Salisbury, MD; her favorite cousins Latasha Jones, Jordan Sterling, and Kyliah Sterling, all of Crisfield, MD. Jordan and Kyliah were regarded more like a niece and nephew; her best friends, Katrina Marshall, Marion Station, MD, Jalisa Jenkins, VA and Montesha Harmon and Caileb Alexander of Salisbury, MD. She is preceded in death by her grandmother, Mildred Corbin, grandfather, Jacob Peeden, Aunt Alice Dix, Uncles Richard White and Keith Fisher and cousin, Zion Frager. Graveside services will be held at 11:00 A.M. on Saturday, August 7, 2021 in Springhill Memory Gardens, 27260 Ocean Gateway, Hebron, MD 21830. Due to seating restrictions the service will be limited to family only. Everyone is invited to join in watching the service through Zoom.
