<p>Barbara G. Woodlief, 84, of Raleigh, passed away on Saturday, June 19, 2021, at Crystal Bluffs Rehabilitation and Health Care Center.</p> <p>Barbara was born on May 26, 1937, in Wake County, North Carolina, to the late Lee and Ola Bell.</p> <p>She is survived by her children, Edward “Dusty” Woodlief Jr. of Morehead City, Joel Todd Woodlief of Fernandina Beach, FL, and Dana Stephens of Clayton; and grandchildren, Kendall Woodlief, Emily Murphy, Jake Murphy, Ryan Murphy, and Luke Stephens.</p> <p>In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Edward E.
