Mrs. Lucy Beard, 60, transitioned on Monday, June 14, 2021 at North Mississippi Medical Center in Tupelo, MS following a tragic accident.
Lucy was born October 5, 1960 in South Carolina to the late Charles Cason and Margaret Patrick.
Lucy enjoyed fishing, going to rummage sales and spending time with her family.
Lucy leaves behind to treasure her memories, her husband of 40 years, William Beard, four children; Margaret (Earl), William (Christine, Willie (Tiffany) and Lucy (R.J.); 11 grandchildren, Zachary, Dustin, Madison, Dylan, Ethan, Brandon, Mary Ann, Edward, Dean, Dexter, Lilly Kay, and a host of others that knew her as Momma or Mamaw.
Graveside Service will be held on Thursday, June 17, 2021 at 2p.m., at Orwood Cemetery in Taylor, MS. Serenity-Daniels Funeral Home of Water Valley is in charge of the arrangements.
