Keith Nolan Choate, died Saturday, February 4, 2017, age 73. A long-time resident of Oakton, Virginia, Keith is survived by his wife of 46 years, Marguerite L. Choate, daughter Melissa Choate Gordon and her husband Bryan, son Brian K. Choate and his wife Deborah Rhoda, and two grandchildren. Born and raised in Bel Air, Maryland, Keith is the son of the late Clarence Thomas and Eva Mitchell Choate, and brother of the late Clarence Lee Choate. Keith was a graduate of Bel Air High School and Drexel University. He served in the US Navy as a sonar technician in the submarine service. After working at Mobil Oil Corporation for sixteen years, Keith launched several successful companies in the technology field. Celebration of life services will be held at the Money and King Funeral Home located in Vienna, Virginia on Saturday, February 11, 2017. Welcoming of family and friends starts at 10:00 AM with the service at 11:00 AM. The family requests that in lieu of flowers, donations in Keith's honor be made to the INOVA Mt. Vernon Hospital's Acute Rehab Unit.
