Mrs. Rachel Marie Rose Kelley, 84, of Biddeford passed away Thursday, June 10, 2021 at St. Andre Health Care in Biddeford. She had endured a six month battle with a brain tumor. Rachel was born November 8 th , 1936 in Biddeford to the late Emile A. Bergeron and Vivian Perreault Bergeron. Rachel married Mr. Francis P. Kelley on November 9 th , 1957 at St. Andre’s Church in Biddeford. She worked 13 years at Fishmann Department Store. She later worked for Kesslen Shoe in Kennebunk for a few years. She then worked for 4 years with Fairchild Semi-Conductor in South Portland. Before her retirement in 1994 she worked 23 years for John Roberts Inc. in Biddeford. Rachel enjoyed playing cards, reading and music. Rachel is preceded in death by her husband Francis P. Kelley. Rachel is survived by her daughter and son-in-law Diane and Michael Chretien of Saco; granddaughter Jennifer Chretien of Saco; several cousins, nieces and nephews. The family would also like to thank the staff of St. Andre Health Care for their care and attention. Services for Mrs. Kelley will be private.
