Jesse Oran Powell Jr. , age 64 of Mills, Wyoming passed away Tuesday, June 8, 2021. 

Jesse O. Powell Jr. was a proud father of 3 children, an excited grandfather of 5 grandchildren, a loving brother to his remaining sisters and brother. Jesse was a man whom always had a moment to spare to anyone whom needed him. He will always be missed but never forgotten.
