Norman J. Derosier, Jr., 65, passed away Wednesday, June 9, 2021. He was the beloved husband of Lynn (Turner) Derosier. Born in Providence, he was a son of Theresa (Lagasse) Derosier and the late Norman J. Derosier. Norman was a salesman for Fisher Auto for many years. He enjoyed fishing, cooking, especially Thanksgiving Dinners, and cherished spending time with his family. Norman will always be known for his big, caring heart. In addition to his wife and mother, Norman was also the loving father of Norman J. Derosier, III, Caitlyn Derosier, and Lorna Derosier, all of North Providence; devoted grandfather of Kevin Hopkins and Cameron Lord; brother of Donald R. Derosier and wife, Joanne, of Glocester, Dwayne E. Derosier and wife Lori of North Scituate, and Theresa A. Cavanagh and husband, Peter, of Clayville. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Tuesday, June 15, 2021 at 10 AM in St. Michael Church, 80 Farnum Pike, Smithfield. Burial will be in Highland Memorial Park Cemetery, Johnston. Visiting hours will be Monday, 6-8 PM in TUCKER-QUINN Funeral Chapel, 643 Putnam Avenue, Greenville.
