ROBERT BROCK June 6, 2021 Funeral services for Bob Brock, 85 year old Kaycee resident who passed away at the home of his son in Kaycee Sunday, will be held Friday June 11th at 10:00 a.m. in the Harold Jarrard Park Building in Kaycee with Pastor Danny Davis officiating. A private family interment will be held at a later date. Donations in Bob’s memory may be made to the Buffalo Senior Center for the Kaycee Senior Meals Program in care of the Harness Funeral Home at 351 N. Adams in Buffalo. Online condolences may be made at www.harnessfuneralhome.com Robert Lynn Brock was born April 26, 1936 in Sheridan, Wyoming to Alfred and June Brock. He grew up on the family ranch in Barnum and graduated from Kaycee High School with the class of 1954. After high school he attended Casper College and studied Agri-Science, receiving an Associates Degree and was an active member of the Rodeo Club. In 1958 he enlisted in the United States Army where he served for two years and was stationed in Germany. He was married on November 24, 1963 in Casper to Donna Belle Weisenberger and they ranched in Southern Johnson County with his father and brother Barnett where they raised four children. In 1984 he and Donna moved to their home North of Kaycee. Robert was a dedicated and well loved bus driver for the Johnson County School District from 1979 until 2007. After retiring he and Donna remained huge fans and supporters of the Kaycee Sports Program, 4-H and FFA. Robert was a much beloved father, grandfather and great-grandfather. Donna passed away on March 10, 2015 and Robert continued living in Kaycee until his death. He is survived by one son Chris Brock and his wife Monica of Kaycee; three daughters, Dawn DeWitt, Amy Helvik and her husband Patrick , Debra Klaahsen and her husband Chad all of Buffalo; one son-in-law Paul DeWitt of Buffalo two sisters-in-law, Stella Brock and Betty Anderson both of Kaycee; six grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his wife Donna, parents, and two brothers, Barnett and Chester Brock.
