Timmie D. ‘Tim’ Wagstaff, 77, of Toronto, OH, passed away Monday June 1, 2021, at the Valley Hospice Care Center North in Steubenville, OH.

 

Tim was born March 28, 1944, in Dennison, OH, son of the late Lawrence and Dorothy (Engstrom) Wagstaff.

 

Tim was retired from the Timet Corp. in Toronto where he was an inspector.

 

In addition to his parents, Tim was preceded in death by 2 infant twin sons, David and Joseph, and his sister, Bonnie Allese.

 

Surviving is his wife of 46 years, Carole L. (Baker) Wagstaff; four sons, Timmie D. (Christine) Wagstaff, Jr. of Oviedo, FL, David (Tracie) Mega of Old Town, FL, Doug (Kristin) Wagstaff of Wellsburg, WV, and Michael (Kristie)Wagstaff of Toronto; daughter, Jewl Mega of Weirton, WV; brother, Russ (Leslie) Wagstaff of Follansbee, WV; twelve grandchildren, Erin, Joseph, and Kara Wagstaff, Derek & Matthew Mega, Sydney Wagstaff, Savannah Wagstaff, Sarah (Ray Myers) Wagstaff, Terrah (Josh) Hughes, Haylee Bickerstaff, Audrey Wagstaff, Cody Collins, eight great-grandchildren, four nephews, one niece, and many friends.

 

A memorial visitation will be held Saturday, June 12 from 3 PM to 5 PM at the J.E. Foster Funeral Home in Toronto, OH. A Memorial Service for Tim will follow at 5 PM with Pastor Rob Minto officiating.
