Sophie M Byczek, 88 originally from Folsom PA, passed away peacefully Sunday May 23, 2021 at the Residence of Glen Riddle, Media PA Born in Chester PA, she was the daughter of the late Matthew and the late Elizabeth Kuzeja Kaszuba Land. She was 1 of 11 children. Sophie was a Co-Owner with her husband Lou of Lou’s Auto Service formerly in Glenolden. She enjoyed reading, traveling with her husband and spending time with family and friends Survived by her children Jacqueline (the late Skip) Soroka, Martin, and Jeanne (Stewart) Chaffee; her sister Joan (Alex) Navickis and brother Bernard (Ruthann) Land, daughter-in-law Diane (Michael) Pilla; dear friend and sister-in-law Jeanine Skolnicki; 6 grandchildren,; 11 great grandchildren. Funeral service and internment will be private. in lieu of flowers, memorial donations in Sophie’s name to Truewood by Merrill 263 Glen Riddle Rd. Media, PA 19063 would be appreciated.Obituary
