Julia S. Sokolowski February 15, 1930 – May 24, 2021 Julia S. Sokolowski, 91, of Conshohocken, PA passed away Monday, May 24, 2021. She was born in Podgorze, Poland on February 15, 1930, the daughter of the late Zygmund and Kazimiera Sokolowski. Julia immigrated to the United States in 1962. She owned and operated Julia’s Market in Conshohocken for over 20 years. She was a member of St. Mary's RC church and now St. Matthew's RC Church. Julia was preceded in death by her husband Mieczyslaw "Mitch" Sokolowski. She is survived by sons Roman (Dorothy) and Raymond (Tina), and daughter Wanda (Terry Browning), grandchildren (4) Steven, TJ, Kasey and Kyleigh and great-grandchildren (3)Tripp, Maren and Lillian. Julia is also survived by her sister, Danuta Holubowicz. Along with her husband and parents she was preceded in death by a sister Irina. Her Funeral Mass will be held Thursday, May 27, 2021 at 10:30 AM St. Matthew's RC Church, 219 Fayette Street, Conshohocken, PA. Friends may call on Thursday, May 27, 2021 from 9:30 AM to 10:15 AM at the church. Interment will take place in Our Lady of Czestochawa Cemetery, Doylestown PA.
