Anthony David Vitale, age 51, passed away May 15, 2021. Anthony was born June 3, 1969 in Detroit, Michigan to the late John and Diana (nee Dunn) Vitale. He played football for and graduated from De La Salle Collegiate High School before attending Northwood University where he received a bachelor's degree. Anthony was fun-loving; he enjoyed sports of any kind and loved nothing more than playing cards and hanging out among the company of his family and friends. Beloved brother of the late John (Lynn Vitale), Beth (Chris) Carmody, Amy (Jim) Washburn, and the late Theresa (Vince) Juarez. Proud uncle of Shawn Carmody, Daniel Carmody, Patrick Carmody, Joseph (Chloe) Washburn, Samantha (Rakeen) Dorsey, Nicholas Washburn, Erin Washburn, Anthony Juarez, and Diana Juarez. Visitation for Anthony will be Wednesday, May 19, 2021, 2-6 pm with a service at 6 pm at Chas. Verheyden, Inc., 16300 Mack Avenue, Grosse Pointe Park.
