Anna May Hassett of Dunedin, Florida, died Friday May 14, 2021 in Mease Manor.  She was 94.

Born and raised in Philadelphia, Anna May was the daughter of the late Peter and Barbara (Stefan) Gerhardt.  She attended St. Boniface Elementary School and was a graduate of John W. Hallahan High School.  

Anna May worked for Aero Service Corporation as a secretary before retiring to raise her family.  She and her husband Tom were members of Somerton Springs Swim Club and Maternity BVM Senior Citizens Club.  

A life long resident of Philadelphia, she moved to Dunedin, Florida in 2018.

Anna May is predeceased by her husband Thomas J. Hassett (Tom died in 2013); she is survived by her loving daughter, Barbara Schoener (Harold Saul) and her dear grandchildren: Patrick (Taoyuan Luo) and Meghan.

Her viewing will be held on Friday at 9 AM at Maternity BVM Roman Catholic Church.  Mass  of Christian Burial will be celebrated at10 AM.  Burial will follow at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery, Wyndmoor, PA.
