MIDDLETON/MADISON - Steven R. Kjin, age 61, of Middleton, passed away on Friday, May 14, 2021, at University Hospital. He was born on Sept. 20, 1959, in Madison, the son of Donald Kjin and Mildred (Maas) Kjin. He graduated from Madison East High School in 1978 and worked as an apartment manager. Steve was also an active member of The Madison Coin Club. He enjoyed collecting coins, downhill skiing, and all Wisconsin sports. Steve was an animal lover, especially his cat Pudy, and cherished time spent with his family. Steve is survived by his daughter; son; three sisters; three grandchildren; and an uncle. He was preceded in death by his parents; and a sister. Private family services will be held. The family wishes to thank the ICU Staff at UW Hospital for all of their wonderful care given to Steve.
