Judy Footh

Lifelong local resident Judy Footh, 69, of Kelso, passed away May 9, 2021, at the Hospice Care Center. She was born Sept. 15, 1951, in Arcata, Calif., to Don and Alvena Falter, and graduated from Mark Morris High School. Judy owned a nail salon in 1985, worked as a caregiver, a waitress, and at the Park Royal. She enjoyed coffee with friends and family, playing games on her laptop, and cherished time with her grandchildren. She is survived by her husband, Chester J. Footh at home; three children, Dawna Powers of Kelso, Kim Walker of Longview and Jeff Footh of Sioux Falls, S.D.; three grandchildren, Shania and Lacie Powers, both of Kelso, and Tiffany Walker of Longview; and four great-grandchildren, Alyssia Xhepaj, Hallee Xhepaj, and Mason and Parker Bush. No service will be held. Donations to assist the family with final expenses may be sent to Chester Footh, 1510 #B, North 3rd Ave., Kelso, WA 98626. Final arrangements were entrusted to Steele Chapel at Longview Memorial Park.
