Roseann Fratto passed away on May 12, 2021 in East Meadow, New York.  Roseann was born in Brooklyn, New York on May 20, 1954. She is survived by her husband, Joie, her stepsons Mark and Lee, her mother, Anna Langone, her brother and sister-in-law, Gerard and Helen, her brother, Joseph, her beloved niece Michelle and beloved great-nephews, Justin, Matthew and James.
