Josephine Shirley Rosdahl, 100, passed away May 12, 2021 at her home in Caldwell, ID due to natural causes. She was the daughter of Mina Belle Dodd Whiffin and Charles Warren Whiffin. She grew up on a farm west of Caldwell. She lived there until she got married to Floyd J Rosdahl on June 4, 1948. The marriage was sealed in The Logan Utah Temple of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints on July 7, 1949. Together they worked side by side on their farms. Five children were born to them--Julie (Clay, deceased) Klinginsmith, Judy (Jan) Huskey, Shirley Burrows, Dolly (Andy) Hutchison and Roger (Ronda) Rosdahl. She is preceded in death by her parents and all of her brothers and sisters and her husband Floyd who passed on October 15, 2001. She is survived by her five children; 23 grandchildren; 12 great grandchildren and one due in August. Funeral services will be held at 10 AM on Tuesday, May 18, 2021 at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints located at 18463 Northside Blvd, Nampa, with a viewing from 9-9:45 prior to the services. Interment will be 1:30 PM, Wednesday, May 19 at the Central Cemetery located in Bancroft, ID.
