Clarence Dennis Holder

Clarence Dennis Holder, 60, of Guston, Ky., died Saturday, October 31, 2015 at Hosparus Inpatient Care Center at Norton Healthcare in Louisville, Ky. He was born November 21, 1954 in Louisville to the late Jessie Wilford and Mildred Holder. Dennis was preceded in death by a sister Barbara Payne. He is survived by two sons, Tim Holder of Louisville and Gregory Dennis Holder (Crystal) of Guston; three grandchildren, Gage Andrew Holder, Ethan Blake Holder, and Dakota James Holder; two brothers, Leland Phelps (Betty) of Louisville, and Jessie Holder Jr. (Lucy) of Madison NC; four sisters, Helen Martin, Judy McManaway, and LaDonna Clark (Jay) all of Whitesville and Cindy Crain (Doug) of Louisville; one aunt and uncle, many nieces and nephews, and cousins all who love him. His kind heart and sweet spirit will be missed by all. Services will be 1:00 p.m. Wednesday, November 4, 2015 at Cecil Funeral Home in Whitesville. Burial will follow in Macedonia Church Cemetery at Falls of Rough. Visitation will be 2:00 8:00 p.m. Tuesday at Cecil Funeral Home and from 10:00am until service time on Wednesday.
