A memorial will be held on May 21st at 11:00 A.M. for Patricia Espinoza Sanders at Hemet Valley Mortuary. Born on August 23rd, 1937, Patricia “Pat” Espinoza Sanders lived in Hemet until the time of her death, May 5th, 2021, and was an integral part of the valley throughout her lifetime.  She loved the history of the valley and acted as overseer of the costume department for the Ramona Pageant for over 50 years.  Additionally, she served as a bus driver for Hemet Unified School District from 1977-2000, including fifteen years as a drivers’ trainer.  Pat was also active in Hemet’s Valley Wide Recreation, particularly softball, where she coached numerous girls, including all four of her daughters.

Pat enjoyed life and knew how to make the most of all opportunities for fun, including going on cruises with her family, and relaxing at her beach house in Mexico.

For Pat, family was most important. She was reunited with her high school sweetheart, and married Bob Sanders, the love of her life on April 20, 2013. She was preceded in death by her eldest daughter, Terrill Francine Peacock, and survived by her husband Robert Sanders, daughters Deana Martz, Lia Brown, and Tina Richert, as well as grandchildren Geoff Brown, Brandon Brown, Courtney Stephens, Lindsey Williams, Ryan Richert, Brittany Richert, Chad Martz, Amber Martz, and Ashley Martz, and twelve great-grandchildren.
