James R. Huth Obituary

James R. Huth, age 93, died Monday. He was a life resident of the Canton/North Canton area, retired from the Hoover company in 1988 after 36 years of service, former firefighter with the Edgefield Volunteer Fire Department and a member of Little Flower Catholic Church, Little Flower Men’s Club and Golden Agers, Canton Council No. 341 Knights of Columbus and the former Catholic Men’s Luncheon Club. Preceded in death by his wife, Mary Huth, parents, Raymond and Victoria Huth, sisters, Jean Balog and Eveyln Kobie and brother, Raymond Huth. Survived by his twin children, Kathleen Huth and Kevin (Lori) Huth, grandchildren, John (Amber) Huth, Maria (Samuel) Scarpino, Clint Wilson and Amanda (Jason) Kiser, great-grandchildren Jakxon and Joshuah Huth, Sophia and Malina Scarpino and Jayden, Haley, Jaks, Jasmine and many nieces and nephews. Friends may call Monday from 10-11 a.m. at Little Flower Catholic Church followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 11 a.m. with the Very Rev. Canon Christopher Henyk, D. Min. as celebrant. Burial will be in Sunset Hills Memory Gardens. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Little Flower Catholic Church.
