<p>Rex &ldquo;Larry&rdquo; Wanlass, 68, passed away May 7, 2021 in American Fork.&nbsp; He was born June 22, 1952 in Lehi, Utah to Elmo J Wanlass and Doris Nellie Turner Wanlass.&nbsp; He married Lyn Bennett on February 19, 1998 in Lehi, Utah.</p> <p>Larry enjoyed hunting, shooting, motorcycle riding and camping.&nbsp; He loved spending time with his grandkids.&nbsp; He loved learning and sharing about history especially military history.&nbsp; Fooge was loved by everyone because he was a genuine, likable guy.&nbsp; He rarely got upset.</p> <p>He is survived by his wife Lyn, his children: Casey (Brandi), Rodney (Tammy) Haskell, Jasper Meadows, Lisa (Dale) Peters, 13 grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren, a brother Roy (Joan) Wanlass, Laraine (Tex) Chatwin, Johnny (Debbie) Wanlass, Bruce (Brenda) Wanlass.&nbsp; He was preceded in death by his parents, his brothers Jay Wanlass &amp; Richard Wanlass, his sisters Shirley Bloomfield and Lisa Beveridge.</p> <p>Graveside services will be held Thursday, May 13, 2021 at 2 PM in the Lehi City Cemetery, 385 East Cedar Hollow, Lehi, UT.&nbsp; A viewing will be held from 12:30-1:30 PM at Anderson &amp; Sons Mortuary, 49 East 100 North, American Fork, UT.&nbsp; Burial will be in the Lehi Cemetery.&nbsp; Please share a memory on Larry&rsquo;s tribute wall.</p>

Rex “Larry” Wanlass, 68, passed away May 7, 2021 in American Fork.  He was born June 22, 1952 in Lehi, Utah to Elmo J Wanlass and Doris Nellie Turner Wanlass.  He married Lyn Bennett on February 19, 1998 in Lehi, Utah.

Larry enjoyed hunting, shooting, motorcycle riding and camping.  He loved spending time with his grandkids.  He loved learning and sharing about history especially military history.  Fooge was loved by everyone because he was a genuine, likable guy.  He rarely got upset.
