<p>EVA B. GRANT</p><p>GLENBURN</p><p><br></p><p>Eva B. (Braley) Grant, 89, wife of Malcolm Grant, passed away May 9, 2021, at her home—a promise kept. She was born February 6, 1932, in Glenburn, to Willard and Estelle (Taylor) Braley.</p><p><br></p><p>“Grammy enjoyed camping, reading, knitting, gardening, hosting Sunday dinner, and setting up family members for a “triple word score.” (Choose your Scrabble seat wisely!)</p><p><br></p><p>Eva is survived by her loving husband of 62 years, Malcolm; daughter Laurie and son-in-law Thomas Walton of Glenburn; son Kevin and daughter-in-law Angelia Grant of Passadumkeag; and grandchildren Sara Walton (husband William Gramlich) of Old Town, Stephani Nola Walton (husband Nick Rossi) of Colorado, and Kyle and Benjamin Grant of Passadumkeag.</p><p><br></p><p>Her heart nearly broke with the tragic loss of daughter Nola in 1983. She was predeceased by 14 siblings: Mary, Willard, Ernest, Elwood, Lenora Dudley, Charles, Eleanor, Harold, Lucille Briggs, Lawrence, Peter, Hattie Trafton, Paul, and Alicia Arsenault.</p><p><br></p><p>A graveside service will be held 11 am.
