A. Pauline Winand

A. Pauline (Arthur) Winand, age 96, of Abbottstown, passed away at home, on May 4, 2021. She was the loving wife of the late Dennis C. Winand; who passed away in 1986. Pauline was born in Holidaysburg PA on June 30, 1924 and was the daughter of the late James Arthur and Elizabeth (Godfrey) Arthur. She was a devoted wife and mother and she enjoyed her home that she built with her husband. She also loved flowers and hosting holiday meals for her family. Pauline is survived by her children Dennis C. Winand Jr. and his wife Rosella and Michael A. Winand and his wife Ronda; her daughter-in-law Gloria Winand; 7 grandchildren, 22 great grandchildren, 17 great-great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her daughter Nancy Lee Faircloth, her son John J. Winand, 4 brothers and 1 sister. Family and friends are invited to attend a viewing in celebration of Pauline’s life on Monday, May 10, 2021 from 10:00AM -11:00AM at Murphy-Beck Funeral Home & Cremation Service Inc., 501 Ridge Ave., McSherrystown PA. Funeral Services and Interment will be held privately by the family. Due to COVID-19 guidelines and in compliance with health and public safety directives, those attending the viewing will be required to wear masks and social distance.
