Robert L. Bedlion, Sr., 81, passed away on May 5, 2021. He was born August 24, 1939 in New Philadelphia, OH to the late Herbert and Alice Bedlum. He worked as a truck driver for UPS and was a 41 year member of Teamsters #348. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather, and great-grandfather.

Robert was preceded in death by his daughter-in-law, Carina; four brothers; and one sister. He is survived by his wife of 62 years, Lucille; children, Robert Bedlion, Jr., Patrick (Charlotte) Bedlion, Rebecca (Wade) Baer, and Barry (Yvette) Bedlion; sisters, Margaret Page and Kay Pfaff; grandchildren, Matthew, Zachery, Justin (Amanda), Brittany, Paige (Brooks), and Brian; and three great-grandchildren.

Friends may call at Bacher Moore Funeral Home, 3326 Manchester Rd., Akron on Wednesday, May 12, 2021 from 5 to 7 p.m., where services will be held on Thursday, May 13, 2021 at 11 a.m. Interment at Clinton Cemetery.
