John Frederick Carney
<p>Carney, John F., 74, of Pawtucket, died May 5, 2021. He was born in Pawtucket, RI, the son of the late Frederick and Irene (Roy) Carney.</p> <p>He was a United States Navy Veteran serving his country in the Vietnam War.<br /> <br /> John is survived by his sisters Gerladine Tremblay and her husband Laurent of Pawtucket and Veronica Carney of Central Falls. He is also survived by his nieces Lisa-Carol and her husband CJ and Katherine Mosley, his nephew Steven Machowski as well as his Godchildren Meghan Carney-Hauser and Douglas Carney-Hauser. He is predeceased by his sister Mary Alice Murphy.</p> <p>John was an avid New England Patriots fan, loved old movie trivia and was especially fond of the movie the Godfather.<br /> <br /> Their will be a celebration of John's life on Friday, May 14th from 6:00 PM - 7:00 PM in the Manning Heffern Funeral Home, 68 Broadway, Pawtucket, RI.
